Bring the restaurant home this holiday season with a beautifully curated three-course dining experience prepared and served by your personal chef.

Perfect for intimate holiday dinners, small celebrations, or festive family gatherings.
Dietary accommodations (vegan, vegetarian, nut-free, gluten-conscious) available.

How it works

  1. Inquire & date hold — Email kara@tlkcatering.ca with your preferred date, guest count, and kitchen location.
  2. Menu curation — We finalize your three-course selections and dietary notes.
  3. Chef at home — I arrive with ingredients, prepare, plate, serve, and tidy.

$110 per person + HST
Includes chef service, three-course menu, and coordination.

Specialty ingredients, rentals, or extended travel available at additional cost.

Festive Starters

Your choice of:

  • Winter green salad with roasted pear, maple-balsamic vinaigrette, and candied pecans
  • Creamy roasted root vegetable soup with herb oil drizzle
  • Charcuterie & cheese board for the table featuring artisan cheeses, fruit, and preserves

Main Event:

Accompanied by seasonal vegetables, herb-roasted potatoes

Your choice of:

  • Beef Wellington with red wine jus
  • Seared Pork Chop with whiskey apple butter BBQ sauce
  • Roasted Salmon with black lemon gouda risotto
  • Vegetarian Wellington with mushroom duxelles and roasted shallot gravy

Sweet Finish

Your choice of:

  • Individual double chocolate pot de creme with berry coulis
  • Spiced apple crumble with oat streusel and cinnamon cream
